Somatic practices are tools for letting go and processing stuck energy. As adults with ADHD, we likely carry our fair share of trauma and negative beliefs we can shed together.

As we learn to slow down we realize, as our founder Mark Schustrin says, "If time is an illusion, then what's the hurry?" Integration means embodiment. Embodiment requires a practice.

Hi, I'm Mark.

For twenty years I was an auctioneer: fast-talking, high-adrenaline, performing for the room. Scattered Magic is me doing the opposite of everything auctioneering asked of me. Slowing down, turning inward, and building the support I always needed as an ADHDer.

I built this container for myself first. Now I'm opening it up, so we can land, learn, let go, and linger, together.

At Scattered Magic, Nature is our greatest ally.

The Moon Container allows us the spaciousness to work through what needs to be focused on in our lives with the breath of the rhythms of the Moon.

You choose one area of life, then move it through a full-moon-to-full-moon cycle:

  1. Illuminate The full moon lights up one area of life. We name what's really going on, what keeps repeating, and what wants to change.
  2. Regulate As the moon wanes, we settle the system. Breath, body, reflection, and community help you clear noise before you try to act.
  3. Reset At the new moon, we go quiet. Release the stale version of the pattern, set one clean intention, and choose the smallest next step.
  4. Rise As the moon fills again, we practice the new pattern in real life. Small, steady moves that build with the light.
  5. Review Back at the full moon, we close the loop. Harvest what shifted, what resisted, what worked, and what wants another cycle.
